Yellowbrick is an innovative behavioral healthcare program located in the heart of Evanston that maintains a Residence for emerging adults aged about 18-early ’30s. We are seeking energetic candidates to provide daily support, structure, guidance, and skills training in all areas of daily living. We are currently recruiting for coverage of all shifts with occasional overnight as needed and weekends. Top candidates will possess a mature disposition, sense of confidence, emotional stability; have excellent communication skills, knowledge of human behavior and development. You will need to be able to function independently with good judgment and serve as a helpful team member. Experience in mental health and psychology-major individuals preferred.
Yellowbrick is a national referral center for the treatment of troubled adolescents and emerging adults. The role of core competence staff (CCS) is an optimal opportunity for immersion within a trauma-informed developmental neurobiological model of intensive treatment.
Yellowbrick offers CCS supervision and multiple opportunities to participate in professional development. Yellowbrick offers a competitive, starting wage of $15.00/hour with a shift differential for overnight shifts, and overtime pay opportunities.
